It's a tough job...
Choosing taskforce membership must be an unenviable job. How does one balance all the competing criteria and choose a representative and functional body? Positively, taskforce two's membership does represent something of the diversity of churches in terms of their size, location, ethnicity, style, & theological emphasis. I'm glad that there are members, ministers and even a few experts in this group. However, over half the membership are members of churches within a ten Km radius of Pennant Hills-Thornleigh. The average membership of the churches represented is more than double that of the average BU NSW/ACT church. Working with available stats, the average attendance is almost triple the average attendance across the union. Only two of the nine churches represented lie outside Sydney and neither of them is rural. I'm sure you're all already aware of these facts. I'm hoping that you will build-in ways of ameliorating the inevitable larger-church and Sydney-centric bias.
